Attendex is a product of Cybex Innovation. This page applies to attendex.in, app.attendex.in, company addresses on attendex.in and the Attendex face recognition service.

Free trial
You can try Attendex free before buying. No payment is taken during the trial, so nothing needs to be cancelled if you decide not to continue.
Cancellation
Subscriptions are bought for a fixed term (for example 1, 2 or 3 years). You can choose not to renew at any time by writing to info@cybexinnovation.com; the service continues until the end of the paid term.
Refunds
- If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have not run payroll in Attendex, we will refund the subscription fee in full.
- After that, fees for the current term are not refundable, except where we are unable to provide the service as agreed.
- One-time setup or onboarding fees are not refundable once the work has started.
- Amounts paid twice or charged in error are always refunded in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (for online payments through Razorpay) or to your bank account, within 7–10 working days of approval. A credit note is issued against the original GST invoice.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed for the rest of the term. Downgrades take effect from the next renewal.
Delivery
Attendex is an online service; there is no physical delivery. Access is available as soon as your account is active.
